Acropolis

Day 2 Athens

Today was our first full day in Athens. After a hearty breakfast, we jumped on the bus and headed to Acropolis. The plan was to visit the ancient site, then head to the Acropolis museum, have lunch and visit the markets in the afternoon. But when we got the Acropolis, we quickly realized this would not happen.

Athens Day 1

End of our first day

Well, day one of our Greek adventure is coming to an end. We arrived, settled in at the hotel, ate some terrific breakfasts, shopped a little (while waiting for Check-in), rested, did the course overview, dinner and the birthday boy and girl celebrated their big 21!
